Find your buckets
What the Overview page shows for each storage connection, how the view changes with your role, and why a bucket might be missing from it.
Owner Admin Member
Overview is the first page you see after signing in. It has one card per storage connection, each listing its buckets (containers, on Azure). Select a bucket name to open it.

What you see depends on your role:
- Owners see every bucket on every connection.
- Everyone else sees a card for every connection, but only the buckets their roles let them read. A card that says “No buckets in this connection yet” just means none of its buckets are yours.
If buckets were just added at the provider, select Refresh at the top right of the page.
A bucket is missing
Work through these in order:
- Wrong organisation. Check the name in the switcher at the top right.
- No role for it. Ask an Owner or Admin to add the bucket to one of your roles. Tell them the connection name and bucket.
- Hidden by the connection. If the connection lists specific Bucket scopes, only those buckets show up, even for Owners. An Owner can add the bucket there.
- The connection has a problem. If a card shows an error instead of buckets, an Owner or Admin should run Test connection.
Next: browse inside a bucket.
